For The Horses
- 12 top quality hardwood stables with generous headroom
- Rubber matting + shavings bedding
- Rug rail in every stable
- Hardstand area for farrier
- Secure, well maintained paddocks
- Rugs washed on site at Newhouse Rug Wash
For The Rider
- 2 secure tack rooms
- Tea & coffee facilities
- Toilet and changing facilities
- Onsite parking
For The Two Of You
- Floodlit 20×40 arena (silica sand mixed with fibre and top surface of rubber to give a more cushioned surface for horses to work on)
- Show jumps
- 20 metre round pen for lungeing
- Hacking – access to Water of Leith & Pentland Hills (roadwork required)
